I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist with a particular interest in existential philosophy and the ways we make sense of ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where difficult experiences can be explored openly. While therapy should feel safe, I also believe it benefits from honest and direct dialogue. Together, we can look at what is troubling you, including thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to acknowledge, such as shame, self-criticism, or conflict.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, stuck in repeating patterns, struggling in relationships, or simply aware that something does not feel right. My approach is compassionate, curious, and transparent, helping you explore your experiences from different perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
I have a particular interest in shame, inner-child work, relationships, and conflict. Greater self-awareness can bring clarity, freedom, and the confidence to make meaningful choices.
There is no judgement and no prescribed agenda. My role is to work alongside you as you make sense of your experience and find your own way forward.
Areas we may explore include anxiety, depression, shame, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, personal values, and meaning.
